Director of Facilities presents to school board meeting to update design progress

95% CD Documents & Consultant Coordination Meeting

    Send pdfs of plans to Architect by December 3

    Bring one updated table of contents AND all specification sections

Redlines plan will be issued after the meeting

 

November 21 – December 5

 

Quality control check by Owner, Contractor, Architect and all Consultants

December 8 - December 16

Design Team incorporates all changes, finalizes drawings and specs.

December 11

Director of Facilities presents Construction Documents of Elementary School #6 to Board of Trustees for review. School Board authorizes the Construction Manager to send out plans for proposals.

December 17

100% Contract Documents due at Architects office by Noon. pdf of plans and specifications, sealed and signed.

 

December 18 - December 19

 

Drawings and specs are issued, sent out to design team, Owner, TAS, City of Hutto and Bidders.
